No hidden fees. Payment processing (2.9% + 30¢) is passed through at cost from your payment processor (Square, Stripe, or Clover). We never mark up payment fees.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can explore all the features of your chosen tier before committing.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Square for payment processing. Your customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You receive payouts directly to your bank account.

Do I need any special hardware?

No. The check-in PWA works on any smartphone or tablet with a camera. There is no proprietary hardware to buy or maintain.

What happens if I exceed my monthly ticket limit?

We will never cut off your sales mid-season. If you consistently exceed your plan limit, we will reach out to discuss upgrading to the next tier so you get the best per-ticket rate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. SiloPass is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like, and your account stays active through the end of the billing period.
